Appily provides AI-powered tools that help founders and builders validate their product ideas through simulated Office Hours sessions, inspired by the Y Combinator format. The Service includes AI-generated feedback, prototype generation, and idea validation workflows.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your ideas and content submitted to the Service. Appily does not claim ownership of your intellectual property. Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is for your use; you own the output generated from your inputs.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The AI-powered feedback and suggestions provided by Appily are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice. You should independently verify any AI-generated insights before making business decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Appily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
